UPDATE 

  When legislators sneak amendments in on the back of a bill, they lose the trust of their constituents.  Amendment 4 was a bipartisan blunder and is opposed by most Republicans, Democrats and even most hunters. Ask the DNR board to delay the implementation of Act 168 until safety and constituents' rights are addressed.

Ask your lawmakers to rescind Wisconsin Act 168 because Subchapter V 19.81 recognizes that in the American representative government, "it is declared to be the policy of this state that the public is entitled to the fullest and most complete information regarding the affairs of government as is compatible with the conduct of governmental business".

The Natural Resources Board approved the DNR's proposal package with some amendments. State park hunting maps and webpages will be updated to reflect these changes for 2013
